Julie & Jamie will be delighted to assist you to make the most of your stay in this most beautiful part of West Argyll. With just two rooms we can assure you of peace and tranquillity.

This is a perfect base for activities such as walking, biking, canoeing and fishing. There are endless opportunities for the wildlife enthusiast to spot red squirrels, deer, hedgehogs, ospreys not to mention our resident family of woodpeckers who you can observe whilst enjoying breakfast or relaxing on the terrace.

Taynuilt has a 9 hole golf course amidst the wonderful backdrop of Loch Etive and Ben Chruachan.

There is no shortage of walking opportunities locally to suit all abilities including Glen Nant nature reserve, and lochside walks at Glen Etive where eagles and ospreys can be seen. For the more adventurous, Ben Chruchan (3695ft) is one of eleven local Munroe’s over 3000ft within an hour's drive.

Mounting biking and road biking with numerous routes straight from the house including a 65 mile circular route around the banks of Loch Awe and many more.

Loch Awe is renowned for brown trout, pike, perch and salmon. Permits can be arranged. Boats can be hired in Dalavich whether for fishing or just cruising up and down Scotland’s longest fresh water loch. We’ll be more than happy to arrange this for you.

With the River Awe and the Falls of Lora on our doorstep for the white water enthusiast, there is also open water canoeing on the local Lochs. We also offer drying room facilities.
